I always look forward to pilates and yoga with Stef! The classes are well balanced, there's lots of encouragement and guidance to improve poses and my body feels strong after each workout!

What a wonderful way to end a long stressful week at work, with a candle lite yoga class the perfect way to relax into the weekend! As an obese woman exercise classes can feel intimidating but Stef, with her welcoming patient approach makes space for everyone and every ability. You can feel her passion for yoga in every class.

Loved the Pilates sculpt and align class. Stef is a great teacher, she takes the time to explain each move and remind you to enjoy the experience . I highly recommend it. It was just what I needed after a stressful work week!
