What a wonderful way to end a long stressful week at work, with a candle lite yoga class the perfect way to relax into the weekend! As an obese woman exercise classes can feel intimidating but Stef, with her welcoming patient approach makes space for everyone and every ability. You can feel her passion for yoga in every class.

Loved the Pilates sculpt and align class. Stef is a great teacher, she takes the time to explain each move and remind you to enjoy the experience . I highly recommend it. It was just what I needed after a stressful work week!

I had the opportunity to practice yoga with Stefania this summer when she came back to Italy. The lesson took place in a park in Brescia, It was a beautiful experience. Her voice helped me to stay focused but also allowed me to enjoy every single moment. Every asana she decided to do was not forced, in fact, I felt that every movement and my breath were completely natural. I look forward to practice yoga with her again. She's an amazing teacher and has a shining soul.
